Weekend Fun

Joe and I finally got to go out rather than just hang out in my dorm room. We spent Saturday afternoon together, after Joe’s class :) Our first stop was American Commodore to pick out tuxes for the wedding- and we succeeded. I am quite please with the choice. After that we hit up the Christian bookstore to get Joe a vocal track so he could sing at church the next day. Dinner was delightful; we went to Carrabba’s, which we hadn’t been to since my birthday. The food is so delicious!

Sunday was great too! Lunch with great friends, homework and nap in the afternoon, snowy youth group fun, and Carrabba’s left overs for dinner.

SNOW DAY!

Wednesday February 14th, 2007 marked a day in B-W’s history. It’s been numerous years (at least 10) since Baldwin-Wallace College has called off day classes. One Tuesday night residents of Constitution celebrated have Wednesday classes canceled by bundling up and playing in the snow. The next day my Bible Study went to Olive Garden to celebrate Valentine’s Day together, knowing that God loves us more than anyone could ever love us. Some verses that we looked at were:

Psalm 63:6 “Your unfailing love is better to me than life itself; how I praise you!”

Psalm 89:2 “Your unfailing love will last forever. Your faithfulness is an enduring as the heavens.”

Psalm 103:4 “He ransoms me from death and surrounds we with love and render mercies.”

After enjoying a delectable meal we decided to further enjoy our snow day and play in the snow and than warm up with some hot chocolate. It was a great day!

Nevermind….
